Refund Policy – Courses, Memberships, and Digital Products

We understand that sometimes a course, membership, or product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a flexible refund policy—tailored to the type of product you’ve purchased.

Individual Courses

  • If you haven’t started the course, you’re eligible for a cash refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • If you have started the course but haven’t completed it, and you’re not satisfied, we’ll issue a gift card refund within the same 14-day window.
  • Once the course is completed or the 14-day period has passed, we’re unable to offer a refund.

Monthly Memberships

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • These are rolling plans with periodic billing. You can cancel anytime to stop future payments, but refunds are not issued for past billing periods.

Annual & Lifetime Memberships

  • These plans come with a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.
  • After 7 days, refunds are no longer available, but you can still cancel auto-renewal.
  • If you’re on an annual plan, you’ll retain access until your expiration date.

Digital Products & Documents

Due to their instant delivery, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Proof of Completion Letter
  • Proof of Enrollment Letter
  • Certificate of Achievement
  • Result Breakdown Transcript
  • eBooks, Toolkits, Lesson Plans, and Activities
  • ICOES and CPD Digital Certificates (PDF format)

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased a course or product through a third-party platform or voucher, please contact the original issuer directly for their refund policy.
